This hand made board has a 1″ lip on both sides to hold board in place when kneading or working with dough which also makes it reversible.
 
The large surface is perfect for kneading bread dough, rolling out pizza or pie dough, working with pastry dough and many other tasks.
 
The pastry board can be made out of maple or cherry.
Dimensions are 19.75″ x 19.75″ x 3/4″ thick.
